Career Teachers (part of the Affinity Workforce Solutions Group) are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. We are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our high-performing team in Leeds. The role & benefits as Recruitment Consultant at Career Teachers:
- Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00 (Term Time).

Monday to Friday 08:00-13:00 or 12:00-17:00 (School Holidays)

Salary:£30,000 - £35,000 (for experienced recruiters - salary can be negotiable)
- Uncapped commission structure

Role responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles.

Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions.

Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods.

Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions.

Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk, treating it as your own mini business.
