Workshop Manager – Aluminium Fabrication
Location: Harrow, London (HA1)

Rate: £160-£200 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role
Antvic Craft Studio is looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to take ownership of our aluminium fabrication workshop.
You will be responsible for managing production, leading the workshop team, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the workshop
- Plan and allocate work across the fabrication team
- Monitor production against project deadlines
- Maintain quality standards throughout production
- Manage stock levels and material requirements
- Ensure health & safety procedures are followed
- Lead, support and supervise workshop staff
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience within aluminum window, door or curtain walling fabrication
- Experience managing or supervising a fabrication workshop
- Strong knowledge of systems such as Reynaers, Schüco or similar
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong leadership, planning and organisational skills
- Reliable, proactive and able to take ownership
