Paralegal – Real Estate & Projects | Leeds
Looking to build your career in Real Estate with a highly regarded legal team?
We're looking for an experienced Paralegal to join a busy Real Estate & Projects department, supporting solicitors on a wide range of high-quality property transactions while developing your own caseload.
Working with clients including housing providers, developers, investors, charities and landowners, you'll gain exposure to development transactions, land transfers, acquisitions, stock transfers and a variety of commercial property matters.
About you:
3+ years' property or conveyancing experience (commercial or residential)
Law degree (2:2 or above) or equivalent
Strong drafting, organisational and communication skills
Experience handling Land Registry applications and property transactions
Able to manage a busy workload and work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
