About The Role
Your role will be dedicated to working with a young child with cerebral palsy and complex care needs in their own home. Working to build a professional, working relationship and supporting them with their activities of daily living, in social and leisure activities at home or in the community.
The family enjoy travelling to new places, this role may include supporting the client on holidays/days out.

Hours of Work – Term time
Monday to Friday 08:30-10:30 (to take child to school)
Monday to Friday 12:50-15:00 (to pick child up from school)
Monday 15:00-21:00
Friday 15:00-21:00
Saturday either 09:00-13:00 or 16:00-19:00
Monday to Sunday waking night shifts 21:00-09:00
Hours of Work – Non Term time
Monday, Friday and Saturday 09:00-21:00
Rates of Pay
Monday to Friday Day £19.00 per hour
Saturday and Sunday Day £20.00 per hour
Monday to Friday Waking Night £20.00 per hour
Saturday and Sunday Waking Night £22.00 per hour
Training rate of pay £14.00 per hour
About You
Required
· Experience of working with paediatrics with complex care needs
· Friendly, approachable and confident
· Experience and ability to understand and deal with complex needs
· Flexible in approach to meet the needs of the client
· Full driving licence (you will be required to drive the client’s mobility vehicle)
· Non smoker
Desirable
· Registered on the DBS update service
