Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Hardware Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and testing a wide range of computer hardware systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience. Candidates should possess a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Utilise hand tools and specialised equipment to assemble, disassemble, and modify hardware units.
- Perform upgrades on computer systems and running the relevant tests and extracting logs.
Skills
- Strong technical knowledge with experience in handling electronic components.
- Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly, repair, and maintenance tasks.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware components such as motherboards, processors, memory modules, storage devices, and power supplies.
- Knowledge in computer repair including troubleshooting hardware faults and performing upgrades.
- Proven skills in equipment repair with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach towards learning new technologies and possess excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology who thrive in hands-on environments requiring precision and technical expertise.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
