Chef – Cristi’s Bar, Billericay
Cristi’s Bar is looking for experienced and reliable chefs to join our kitchen team in the heart of Billericay High Street.
We’re an independent, fast-growing bar known for our Italian-inspired menu, cocktails, and lively weekend atmosphere. We’re after someone who takes real pride in their food, works cleanly and efficiently, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
Our menu is fresh, varied, and service-driven, including:
- Brunch favourites such as French toast, pancakes, avocado on toast, eggs, and brunch dishes,
- Fresh sandwiches, salads and light lunches.
- Afternoon and evening small plates and sharing dishes.
- Stone-baked pizzas prepared to a consistently high standard.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Have experience in a similar kitchen or food-led bar environment
- Be confident preparing fresh dishes to a consistent standard
- Have a good understanding of allergen awareness and safe food handling
- Be reliable, organised, and able to work independently when needed
- Bring creativity and enthusiasm to menu development
This positions are currently full time, also part time available.
Pay is negotiable based on experience, with an excellent hourly rate, tips, and a friendly, supportive working environment.
