The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll operate in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment, where you will:
- Generate new business through calls, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage your own portfolio of clients
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers
- Source and place candidates into roles
- Negotiate fees and close deals
- Consistently work towards revenue targets
