Warehouse Team Leader - Nights
Location: Scorrier, Redruth
Salary: £34,299.35 per year
Permanent Role: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 22:00 - 06:00

We now have an opportunity for a Warehouse Nights Team Leader to join our friendly team. Applicants must be reliable, hard-working and be a good team player, willing to support and help colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- manage our night shifts effectively, ensuring key performance indicators are achieved and staff are compliant with warehouse procedures.
- ensure accurate stocktaking and stock rotation on a nightly basis.
- ensure that our vans delivering locally are picked and checked accurately.
- work effectively with colleagues in Transport and across the business
- ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures
- supervise, motivate and support Warehouse Night Operatives
- ensure accurate processing of warehouse data
Requirements
- proven warehouse knowledge and experience, ideally in a high volume picking warehouse
- good people skills with the ability to train, influence and motivate a team
- problem solving ability and strong work ethic to always do the right thing
- skilled in use of warehouse management systems
- good problem solving ability
- accurate and detail conscious with good IT/admin skills.
