Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our stunning Regina's Bar and Restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation, culinary experience, and a passion for hospitality. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team, ensuring high standards of service and food safety are maintained at all times.
Fine Dining experience is a plus.
Minimum 2 years restaurant management is required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
- Oversee staff training in food safety practices, cooking techniques, and guest service excellence.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry, fine dining preferred.
- Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential.
