Sales Advisor – Warm Telesales
Leicester | £26,393 + Commission (OTE £1,000 PCM)

As a Sales Advisor, your role is to convert inbound and outbound warm leads into confirmed conveyancing instructions. You’ll use your questioning skills, commercial awareness, and closing ability to drive revenue while helping customers choose the right service for their property transaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to warm leads who require conveyancing services
- Driving conversion by clearly positioning Simplify’s market‑leading offering
- Identifying customer needs quickly and tailoring your sales approach
- Managing your pipeline effectively to maximise conversion rates
- Confidently closing sales and securing customer commitment on the call
What Is Conveyancing?
When someone buys or sells a home, the legal ownership must be transferred correctly. Simplify provides expert conveyancing services to manage this process efficiently.
Your role is to clearly communicate the value of our service and secure the customer’s instruction.
Your Role: Sales & Conversion Focus - Generate Revenue from Warm Leads
- Take ownership of warm inbound and outbound opportunities
- Use structured questioning to uncover needs and decision drivers
- Position Simplify’s key strengths: speed, reliability, and transparency
- Take control of conversations to move efficiently toward a sale
Maximise Conversions
- Recognise buying signals and act quickly to close
- Handle objections confidently using a consultative sales approach
- Apply effective negotiation techniques to secure commitment
- Maintain strong conversion performance against targets
Pipeline & Performance Management
- Keep CRM systems accurate and up to date
- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with strong organisation
- Maintain focus on KPIs including call activity, conversion rate, and revenue
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales ability, ideally in a telesales or contact centre environment
- Strong closing skills with a results-driven mindset
- Confidence handling objections and negotiating outcomes
- Ability to take control of conversations and drive toward a decision
- Commercial awareness and focus on hitting targets
- Clear and persuasive communication skills
- Resilience, energy, and motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment
- Experience in property or financial services is a bonus, but not essential
