Role and Responsibilities:
- To carry out daily vehicle load and load security checks, ensuring any discrepancies are reported to the gate checker
- Complete all load and journey related paperwork accurately
- Safely and efficiently complete planned deliveries and route
- Maintain a professional customer service manner at all times
- Immediately report on route any load, vehicle or other issues to the transport office
Skills and Qualifications:
- Good safety practices and driving habits
- Full C or CE licence
- Digital Tacho card
- DCPC
- A good understanding of Drivers hours and regualtions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- You must have a minimum of 2 years Class2 driving experience
- You must not exceed a maximum of 3 points of your driving licence
- Flexibility required for some early starts and finishes
