Overview
We are looking for an experienced chef to join our café team for breakfast and brunch service.
The role includes preparing fresh breakfast and brunch dishes, salads, sandwiches, wraps, desserts, and light meals in a fast-paced café environment
Responsibilities:
- Preparing breakfast & brunch meals
- Fresh salads, sandwiches, toasties & wraps
- Food presentation and quality control
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
- Assisting with menu ideas and specials
Requirements:
- Previous café or brunch kitchen experience
- Fast, organised, and reliable
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
