ABOUT REDEFINE LIVING
Redefine Living is a UK-based organisation committed to supporting young people—particularly care leavers and vulnerable youth—as they transition to independent living. The service provides safe, semi-independent accommodation with live-in support workers, 24/7 staff availability, and person-centred key work sessions tailored to each resident’s needs. At its core, Redefine Living is a values-driven organisation, operating with compassion, dignity, accountability, and hope. These values guide the delivery of care, the relationships with young people, and the way staff collaborate as a team. The organisation works to restore stability and purpose in the lives of young people by building their resilience and equipping them to thrive independently.
