Call Centre Experience Essential.
We are now looking for experienced telesales consultants to join our growing company working alongside some of the UK’s leading insurance providers.
You will be outbound calling, and need to deal with clients professionally, in an assertive but polite and friendly manner asking appropriate questions to understand the customers’ needs.
After understanding the client's needs you will provide them the very best insurance products, based on their requirements and ultimately hit set targets for which you will be rewarded generously.
There will also be fantastic opportunities to move up into more senior positions as the company grows and forge a genuine career in the insurance industry.
We are looking for people to join the team who are hardworking – driven – resilient - ambitious - enthusiastic with a positive attitude towards life.
You must be a sales driven team player with an excellent telephone manner, you must have 12 months minimum outbound telesales experience with a proven track record of hitting sales targets, competent on a computer, excellent interpersonal skills, articulate with well-spoken English and have a high level of literacy. you must have a very good work ethic and not be afraid to pick the phone up and sell. Full training will be provided.
