We’re looking for a Finance & Systems Coordinator to join the Linguistic Resolutions team based at The Wellington Hospital. Linguistic Resolutions is a specialist community neurorehabilitation service supporting adults and children with complex neurological conditions across the UK.

The Finance & Systems Coordinator plays a pivotal role at the intersection of finance, operations and service delivery, ensuring robust financial processes and systems supporting the delivery of specialist community neurorehabilitation services. Working closely with operational, clinical and finance stakeholders, you'll oversee the complete financial lifecycle of cases, from initial costing and billing through to query resolution, while helping to maintain and enhance the systems that underpin business operations.
This is a highly collaborative role that offers broad exposure across multiple functions, making it an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys combining financial expertise with operational improvement and stakeholder engagement.
As a Finance & Systems Coordinator, you'll take ownership of complex and bespoke billing processes, ensuring invoices are accurate, defensible and aligned to client requirements. Your expertise will support the integrity of financial reporting while helping teams navigate systems, resolve issues and improve ways of working.

What you’ll do:

Oversee the end-to-end financial lifecycle of cases, from costing and invoicing through to reconciliation and query resolution

Manage complex and bespoke billing processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with agreed terms and protocols

Lead the maintenance and development of finance and operational systems, including databases, SharePoint, Xero and other digital platforms

Work closely with clinicians to ensure clinical activity is accurately reflected within billing records, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial, operational and systems-related issues while driving process improvements

Develop positive working relationships with case managers, solicitors, insurers and clinical colleagues to support efficient financial processes.
What you’ll bring:

Strong experience in finance administration, bookkeeping or operational finance

High levels of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to manage complex financial information

Experience using Xero or a similar accounting software package

Strong IT literacy with confidence using databases, spreadsheets and cloud-based systems

Ability to handle sensitive financial and operational information with discretion and confidentiality
