Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning across various departments, maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong management skills and technical knowledge to contribute to a dynamic environment.
The role provides operational oversight during shifts and ensures that services are delivered to a high standard across all clinical and non-clinical areas.
You will be directly responsible for a team of people ensuring they perform in line with company expectations. This includes managing absence, disciplinary procedures and probationary periods.
- Planning staff rotas across various teams to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Compliance with health and safety procedures, infection prevention standards and internal policies.
- Responsible for ensuring operational supplies are maintained through the ordering of consumables.
- Attend relevant operational meetings and work closely with the customer.

Working Pattern:
- Contracted to working 5 days a week across 7 days
- Rotating shift pattern: Week 1: 8am-4pm Week 2: 12pm-8pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £29,000.00 per year
