Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Property Sales Negotiator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their property requirements and preferences
- Arrange property viewings and accompany clients during visits, providing detailed information about properties
- Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and negotiations within the CRM system
- Provide professional advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal procedures involved in property transactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies for listed properties
- Follow up with clients post-viewing to gather feedback and nurture ongoing relationships
- Assist in organising open house events and promotional activities for properties
This position is to cover between 2 sites including Woodhall Spa and Spalding so having your own transport is essential.
