As late nights are included in this role, you must be over 18 and be flexible enough to be able to work across the week and throughout the weekend.
If you are reliable, motivated and have a positive attitude then we'd love to hear from you! Previous experience in this type of role is an advantage but all applicants regardless of experience must:

* Be able to work in a team but also able to work independently as on some shifts you will be the only person on potwashing duty
* Have confidence and good communication and listening skills in order to effectively liaise with the head chef and his kitchen team
* Have a 'can do' attitude
* Have high standards of work and good attention to detail
* Be able to follow instructions in order to maintain excellent standards of food hygiene and safety and to comply with safe chemical usage
* Have own transport, live locally or have a safe and reliable method of transport home arranged prior to applying.
As your shift will finish later in the evening after our restaurant has closed, please only apply if you have your own transport and can get home without the use of public transport, taxi or lifts.
