Blossom Tree Montessori is excited to be recruiting for a Nursery Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate early years professional who is ready to lead, inspire and make a meaningful impact within a high quality Montessori environment. We are looking for a confident and dedicated leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care and education, supporting and developing staff, and creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging setting for children and families.
This role is full time, working 40 hours per week – working a variety of shifts between the hours of 7:30am-6pm.
A little about Blossom Tree Montessori:
- We first opened our Northwood Hills branch in July 2018 and have expanded the nursery twice since opening.
- Our nursery in Eastcote is our second branch to open and we are continuously growing.
- We are opened our Pinner setting in January 2026.
- We are really passionate about the Montessori ethos and we provide in house training as well as supporting staff to complete courses to further their knowledge.
- There is plenty of room for career progression and we are very focused on upskilling our staff team.
- We use a nursery app called ‘Blossom Educational’ which is our sister company! It’s incredibly user friendly and helps us to be efficient and organised.

A day at Blossom would include:
- Fully understanding the Policies and Procedures and following them when running the nursery.
- Managing and overseeing the daily running of the nursery.
- Forming professional and friendly partnerships with parents and the staff team.
- Completing staff supervisions and ensuring communication with the staff team is kept to a high standard.
- Leading staff meetings on a monthly basis.
- Staff delegation and deployment to ensure all rooms are working within the adult to child ratios.
- Conducting peer observations and management spot checks. Focusing on the quality of interaction and the high levels of practice.
- Conducting clipboard tests on the staff team to improve knowledge.
- Mentoring and training the staff team whilst encouraging and upskilling practice.
- Organising parent events.
- Monitoring all daily and weekly checks are completed to a high standard.
- Using our nursery app "Blossom Educational" - training will be provided.
- Conducting viewings of the nursery.
- Assisting with the enquiry process, following up with parents after their viewing.
What we would ask from you:
- A minimum of a Level 3 in Early Years is essential.
- Previous experience of working as a Nursery Manager is essential.
- Experience working in a Montessori nursery is essential.
- Having good ICT skills is essential.
- Being a positive role model to your team.
- Effectively lead and manage the staff team.
- An extensive knowledge of the current EYFS, Ofsted and welfare requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- To be passionate, motivated, have the ability to work well within a team and be able to adapt to a fun and inspiring way of working.
We take safeguarding very seriously and a current and clean Disclosure Barring Services (DBS) Certificate is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £48,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
