We’re looking for an International Projects Officer to support the coordination and delivery of international projects, short courses and student programmes. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring high-quality experiences for international learners while supporting admissions and operational activity across the International Office.
- Coordinate international programmes, short courses and group visits
- Organise logistics including accommodation, transport and activities
- Support international admissions and maintain accurate records
- Work with curriculum teams and partners to deliver high-quality programmes
- Support student arrivals, inductions and overall learner experience
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Experience in administration, coordination or project support
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work flexibly
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused
