Job Overview
We need someone who can offer a one stop solution for our immediate needs. We offer our customers an alternative vehicle whilst they are off the road due to an accident. As our business is expanding we need someone who can take on board our business mission and ethos. Responsible for managing front-of-house reception duties, handling First Notification of Loss (FNOL) claims, liaising with customers, insurers and solicitors, maintaining accurate claim files, and providing administrative support to the accident management team.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining front office duties
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Preparing documents
- Checking in & out vehicle
- Carrying out request from management as needed
- Ensuring all stationary and office trays are topped up for reception
- Liaising with Solicitors & Insurance companies
- Answering telephone calls
- Liaising with potential customers
- Taking down new claims
- Setting up files
- Writing correspondence
- Client file handling
- FNOL Experience required
Requirements
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is preferred
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software programmes
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanour with excellent customer service skills
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
