Job Summary:
To install, service, maintain, and repair commercial coffee machines and water coolers, ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of performance.
Responsibilities:
- Install and commission coffee machines and water coolers.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing faults.
- Replace parts, filters and consumables as required.
- Perform water quality, hygiene, and safety checks.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical advice to clients.
- Comply with all health and safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Skills:
- Experience servicing coffee machines, water coolers, or similar equipment.
- Good mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
- Basic plumbing knowledge.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule.
- Company Vehicle, fuel card, Tools, pension, overtime and training
Pay: £30,420.78-£38,181.72 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Burgess Hill RH15 9NF
