- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies, including providing first aid if necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
- Enforce site policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Liaise with law enforcement or emergency services when required, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Assist visitors and staff with security-related queries in a professional manner.
Experience
- Prior experience in security or surveillance roles is preferred but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Familiarity with loss prevention methods and security protocols is desirable.
- Certification in first aid or emergency response is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be available.
- Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential qualities for success in this role.
