We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive the care and attention necessary for their well-being. This position requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care for individuals in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' mental well-being.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including accompanying clients to appointments.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote interaction and cognitive stimulation.
Skills
- Experience in care work is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing care and support.
- Competence in meal preparation that meets nutritional needs of clients.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards working with seniors.
