Excellent opportunity for a recent Accounting & Finance graduate to join a well-established Accountancy firm in Aberdeen. Main duties and responsibilities
- Preparing statutory accounts and tax computations for a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industry sectors.
- Assisting with bookkeeping activities and using a variety of accounting software packages to prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting the delivery of audit assignments under the guidance of senior team members, including both on-site and client-facing engagements.
Applicants to this role require
- Recent degree in Accounting/Finance, or a closely-related discipline.
- Strong academic background with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in accountancy practice.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
