Hillcrest House is a 23 bedded care service in the picturesque seaside town of Nairn in the Scottish Highlands. We specialise in supporting adults with a range of mental health conditions, acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities and autism. We have a well established reputation in the local community as well as consistent grades of 5 from the Care Inspectorate.
Our mission is to enable every one of our residents to live a happy, rewarding and full life and be supported by a team of like minded people who are caring, compassionate and driven in the pursuit of excellence.
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team in the role of Support Worker (full or part-time) on days. The shift is from 0800-2000 (12hrs) with full time being 42hrs per week (alternating weeks of 3 / 4 days). The option of overtime for holiday cover is available if desired.

Salary and Experience
You should have, or be willing to develop an awareness of the specific needs of individuals with mental health conditions. Registration with the SSSC is essential; with a requirement to complete registration within 12 weeks of your start date.
