Complaints handler
Monday - Friday, Full - Time, 9.00am - 5.30pm
This is a permanent position.
Salary:
£25,792.00
OC Motor Repairs Ltd, established for over 10 years, is an insurance approved accident repair centre that ensures the highest quality standards are maintained, specialising in car body repairs and crash repairs.

Due to the continuous growth of our company we are looking to recruit Inbound Customer Service Advisors
Duties Include
- Day to day use of Microsoft packages, internal and external systems
- Emailing
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Regularly contact customers with updates on their complaint by both email and phone call
- Working closely with the Site Managers to resolve ongoing complains
- Ensuring documentation is filed correctly for the Site Managers to carry out audits
- Carrying out additional tasks to assist the office administrator when needed

Essential
- Computer literate with experience in MS Packages including Word, Excel etc
- Polite telephone manner
