The Role
Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll help lead and develop the team to deliver excellent customer service and strong business performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting day-to-day pub operations
- Leading and motivating the team
- Maintaining food & drink service standards
- Front of house & kitchen support
- Stock control & inventory
- Supporting financial targets & business performance
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality management or a supervisory role
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident supporting the management of a busy pub
- Energetic, hands on and proactive
- Able to inspire, motivate and lead a large team

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
