Euro Parking Services is an established Car Parking Management Company with extensive and comprehensive experience in the UK parking control industry. We currently manage and operate in over 600 car parks across the UK, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
We currently have an opportunity for a Client Account Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure smooth service delivery across our parking portfolio. This role requires a proactive, client-focused individual who can manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, support service performance, and help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
As a Client Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication, understanding their expectations, and maintaining strong long-term relationships.
- Coordinating with IT, Engineering, Customer Support, and other teams to address client queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitoring and responding to client-related support tickets through Zoho Desk, ensuring escalations are handled effectively.
- Conducting regular client review meetings, preparing performance reports, analysing trends, and ensuring agreed KPIs and service standards are achieved.
- Working closely with the Operations Director for client-related planning, tracking service performance, and implementing improvement initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, optimise processes, and improve overall service experience.
- Providing feedback and insights from client interactions to internal teams to help refine systems, communication flow, and service quality.
The ideal candidate working as a Client Account Manager will display:
- Proven experience in client relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both client expectations and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with technology-based service environments or CRM/ticketing tools (Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, etc.).
- Proficiency in platforms such as Zoho, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar systems.
- A solution-oriented, client-centric mindset with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Experience, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong background in managing key client accounts, including handling escalations, performance reviews, and service coordination.
- At least 2 years of team management or supervisory experience, preferably in a service-driven environment.
- Experience working with technology-based platforms, CRM systems.
- Prior experience in a B2B service environment or service delivery management is highly preferred.
- Ability to analyse client performance data, prepare reports, and present insights professionally.
- Proven capability to handle multiple clients simultaneously, manage deadlines, and maintain consistency in communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented and client-centric mindset.
- A degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and maintain long-term client relationships.
