Your Role
As an Early Years Teacher at Odyssey, you will help shape a learning environment that feels alive with possibility. Your work will include:
- Creating a safe, inspiring, and aesthetically rich classroom environment
- Designing meaningful, inquiry‑led experiences aligned with our premium early years curriculum
- Acting as Key Person for a small group of children, nurturing their emotional, social, and cognitive development
- Observing, documenting, and interpreting children’s learning journeys with care and precision
- Building warm, trusting relationships with families and contributing to a strong, connected school community
What You Bring
- QTS, EYTS or EYPS qualification
- Strong experience within an early years setting
- A genuine passion for working with babies and young children
- A commitment to creating nurturing, beautiful, and developmentally rich environments
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- A collaborative spirit and a desire to contribute to a growing, innovative school
