We are seeking a creative and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver memorable dining experiences through innovative and consistent cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations and food production

Design seasonal menus and ensure quality control

Recruit, train, and develop the kitchen team

Manage kitchen budgets, stock levels, and supplier relationships

Ensure all health & safety, food hygiene, and legal standards are upheld

Drive innovation and standards across food offerings

Lead service and maintain strong communication with FOH

Analyse food costings and control waste

Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating kitchen environment
