Southern Tyreco limited-T/A Setyres are a family run company and have been established for over sixty years. We are predominately based in the South East of England and have a variety of wholesale, retail and commercial depots throughout the region.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Wholesale Manager at Setyres located in Tunbridge Wells. As a Wholesale Manager will be responsible for managing all wholesale operations, coordinating with suppliers, overseeing inventory management, and maintaining client relationships and sales to other garages.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a wholesale or sales management role
- Tyre knowledge is essential for this role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Experience managing and analysing inventory levels
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all wholesale operations
Experience
Due to the nature of the role and the responsibilities involved, Previous experience in a sales role within the tyre trade is a necessity. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
