Job Summary
We have a vacancy for a Cook to join our catering team and work with our Kitchen Manager and also to deputise on her days off. Experience in preparing meals suitable for the British palate is required. Our catering team prepare meals for 50 elderly residents and this position is perfect for individuals who are experienced. The ability to relate to older people and a knowledge of catering for their nutrition and dietary needs and experience of working in a kitchen providing meals for large numbers would be an advantage. Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and responsibilities under HSAW Act are necessary. Wage is negotiable depending upon experience and qualifications.
