Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all property inspections, including:
- Opening (Inventory) Inspections
- Interim Inspections
- Pre-Close Inspections
- Closing (Check-Out) Inspections
- Ensure compliance with Legionella testing requirements
- Manage tenancy notice periods effectively and in line with legislation
- Handle challenging or sensitive conversations with tenants and landlords, particularly during notice periods and final inspections
- Identify maintenance issues and coordinate repairs
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and property documentation
- Ensure all properties meet legal, compliance, and company standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management
- Strong working knowledge of Legionella testing procedures
- Experience managing notice periods and tenancy terminations
- Comfortable handling awkward or difficult conversations in a professional manner
- Experienced in conducting all types of inspections (opening, interim, pre-close, and closing)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
- ARLA qualification (or working towards)
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK property legislation
- Knowledge and understanding of the Renters Reform Act

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Rota basis – required to work every third Saturday morning
Work Location
- Office-based at our Mansfield Woodhouse office
- Travel required daily to various property sites and as needed by the company
