We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team in the UK. Based in our location, this role is vital in helping us deliver excellent customer experiences and grow our presence in the textile industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support B2B clients with tailored solutions and negotiations
- Maintain organized stock levels and store displays
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets
- Handle customer feedback professionally to improve service quality
- Promote our products through effective communication and relationship building
- Support online orders and coordinate with logistics when necessary
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Valid driving license is preferred for local deliveries or store visits
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Good IT skills for managing sales records and online orders
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Enthusiasm for textiles and the fashion industry is a plus
