Driver (Mobile Welfare Units – Towing Required)

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch, flexibility required)

MPG Hire Ltd is expanding rapidly, supplying mobile welfare units, storage containers, and site facilities across England and Wales. We’re now looking for a reliable and professional Driver with towing experience to support our operations and ensure exceptional service to our customers.
This role is key to our business—you’ll be responsible for delivering and collecting mobile welfare units, providing on-site handovers, and supporting the preparation and maintenance of our fleet.
What You'll Be Doing
· Delivering and collecting towable mobile welfare units from customer sites
· Carrying out professional handovers and basic operational guidance on-site
· Ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed on time
· Assisting with pre-hire checks and basic maintenance of units
· Keeping vehicles and equipment clean, presentable, and operational
· Supporting the yard team and assisting colleagues when required
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience with trailer towing
· Full UK driving licence
· Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
· Excellent timekeeping and reliability
· A proactive, flexible attitude with the ability to work independently
· Team player able to support wider operations when needed
· Previous experience in the hire or construction industry is beneficial
