Key Responsibilities
-
Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions (freehold, leasehold and shared ownership)

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and lenders

Ensure transactions are handled efficiently and cost-effectively

Handle client enquiries professionally (face-to-face, remote and telephone)

Meet agreed fee income targets and contribute to business performance

Support and mentor assistants and paralegals

Utilise web-based case management systems effectively
About You
-
Minimum 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing

Proven experience as a fee earner managing your own workload
-
Strong organisational and IT skills

Commercially aware with a proactive mindset

Excellent communication and client care skills
