Maple & Bean, in Morgan Arcade is a busy, independent café, serving breakfast and brunch all day long.
We are looking for an experienced chef to join our team.
The shifts are daytime hours, (kitchen closes at 4.30pm), to include weekends and bank holidays.
Reporting to the Head Chef and working closely with the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
· Play your part in maintaining our 5* hygiene rating, ensuring kitchen hygiene standards are impeccable. Reporting any maintenance issues immediately,
· Leading by example to create a valuable and happy work environment.
· Be outstanding during service, working as a team, liaising with the front of house team to deliver an exceptional service every time
·Place and monitor deliveries to consistently achieve the company standard GP
·Cook all dishes according to spec, delivering a consistent menu
We would love to hear from experienced chefs or strong, ambitious junior kitchen personnel that want to join a growing company.
