Female Day Support Worker
We are looking for a female support worker to work with our 17 year old daughter who has complex needs and is non-verbal based in the Ashford area. You would be working in a fully adapted accessible home as part of a wonderfully supportive care team.
Our family is looking for a day support worker (26-39hours a week) Consisting of 2/3x 13 hour days per week - to join our team. You will partake in monitoring our daughter, aid with various care needs and complete some domestic duties.
Personal specification:
- Must be *female
- Reliable and flexible
- Fit, energetic and enthusiastic
- Experience with working with clients with complex care needs is an advantage but we provide training on the job.
- Basic IT skills and handling equipment
- GCSE Maths and English desirable
- Full UK driving license is essential
- Non smoker / Vape
- Must be Fluent in spoken and written English due to the clients complex needs
The starting rate will be £16ph weekdays & £18ph weekends, Following three months of continuous service and a successful completion of probation, your pay will increase to £18ph weekdays & £20ph weekend and Bank holidays at double pay.

Located in Charing, close to Ashford, Maidstone and Canterbury.

Day shifts are 06:30 - 19.30 - 13 hour shift
