We are currently looking to recruit caring, reliable, and flexible Bank Support Workers to join our team.
About the Role
This is a flexible bank position covering shifts as required, including:
- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Weekend shifts
- Night shifts
Shift patterns and availability will be discussed during interview.
As a Support Worker, you will play an important role in supporting our residents with their daily lives while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Main Responsibilities
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living tasks
- Promoting dignity, choice, and independence at all times
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Supporting residents with activities and social engagement
- Working as part of a team and using your own initiative when required
- Undertaking duties consistent with the role
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient, and reliable nature
- Ability to work flexibly across different shift patterns
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care or Care Certificate would be advantageous.
Additional Requirements
Successful applicants will be required to:
- Complete an enhanced DBS check before employment begins
- Provide valid photo identification (passport, driving licence, or other recognised ID)
- Provide two employment references
