The role:
As a Lucky Voice Team member, you bring the experience, energy and a genuine passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Highly organised and a natural communicator, you inspire your colleagues to deliver excellence whilst ensuring smooth, seamless operations every shift.
About You:
You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
You have at least 1 years experience in a similar role
Confident using POS systems
You have a solid understanding of the industry and stay up to date with current trends and best practices, upselling comes naturally to you.
You bring energy, positivity and a sense of fun to the workplace, making both your team and customers feel welcome and valued.
Time management is key, you are the master of the section/table quick flip.
