We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various sites around Lincolnshire, including commercial offices, factories, warehouses, canteens and toilets. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, welcoming spaces. training will be provided. All positions are permanent and come with holiday and sick pay plus pension
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitise all areas on site including restrooms, kitchens, communal areas and other areas depending on the site
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored correctly and used efficiently.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper towels, and cleaning products as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs courteously and professionally.
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact politely with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: £12.75-£14.00 per hour
