The Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will champion high-quality care, compassion, and resident dignity. Working closely with the Registered Nurse and Deputy Manager, you will take responsibility for supporting the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and supervising a team of care staff
- Acting as a role model in delivering exceptional care
- Promoting resident independence and dignity
- Ensuring compliance with clinical governance and care standards
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care
- Have a willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification through our career development pathway
- Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills
- Be compassionate, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding care
