Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties across residential, commercial, or hospitality settings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Maintain a tidy and organised workspace during and after each job
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements
- Manage your own schedule to optimise service delivery and client satisfaction
- Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timeframes and to the client's specifications
Skills
- Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is highly desirable
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality cleaning standards is advantageous
- Experience in commercial cleaning environments or hotel housekeeping will be beneficial
- Basic cooking skills are a plus, especially for clients requiring additional household assistance
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
