Overview
We are seeking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to handling car parts, stock management, picking, packing and despatching within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience / vehicle parts knowledge to develop their skills further while contributing to smooth operational workflows.
Duties
- Managing stock levels through accurate stocking, picking, and packing of items in accordance with orders.
- Assisting with shipping activities, ensuring timely dispatch.
- Handling materials safely, including heavy lifting, to prevent injury and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintaining organisation within the warehouse to optimise space utilisation and operational efficiency.
Skills
- Proven experience in warehousing or logistics operations.
- Knowledge in vehicles and vehicle components.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a physically demanding environment.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail. This position is ideal for individuals eager to contribute effectively within a busy warehouse setting while expanding their technical skills in logistics and materials handling.
Working hours : Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.30 and one Saturday for a month from 9.00am to 1.00pm.
Pay: £26,000.00 per year
