We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our care home and maintain high standards of care. You will directly manage the service whilst mentoring our deputy manager, providing the guidance and leadership necessary to support them until they achieve their required qualification for future progression to manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Line manage the existing Deputy Manager
Deliver targeted mentorship to the deputy Manager
Guide the Deputy manager through leadership qualifications.
Support clinical operational skills development.
Delegate Management tasks gradually.
COMPLIANCE & REGULATION
Act as the legally Registered Manager
Maintain full compliance with regulatory standards.
Ensure GOOD or Outstanding inspection ratings.
Oversee precise care planning documentation audits.
Manage health,safety, and safeguarding procedures.
OPERATIONS & CARE DELIVERY
Oversee day to day care home operations
Assess prospective residents for service suitability
Manage Occupancy and marketing levels
Build strong relationships with residents' families.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
LEVEL 5 DIPLOMA IN LEADERSHIP FOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE OR EQUIVALENT
PROVEN TRACK RECORD AS A REGISTERED MANAGER
STRONG HISTORYOF SUCCESSFUL REGULATORY INSPECTIONS
DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF NATIONAL CARE STANDARDS
PREVIOUS EXPREIENCE OF MENTORING/COACHING STAFF
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Pay: From £15.50 per hour
