Duties
- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements and present suitable products or services
- Conduct B2B sales activities, including cold calling, meetings, and follow-ups to generate new business opportunities
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining professional integrity
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain organised records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up schedules using IT systems
- Drive company vehicles as required for client meetings or site visits, ensuring compliance with driving regulations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for outreach and promotional events
- Manage time effectively to meet sales targets and organisational deadlines
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in B2B sales environments with a focus on building relationships
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Proficiency in IT systems including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
