An exciting opportunity have become availabel to join our award winning salon group. We are looking for a passionate, motivated and experienced stylist ready to step into an assistant manager role with the opportunity to progress into a full time salon manager position.
The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily salon operations, support team development, and ensure a high standard of client satisfaction. The Assistant Salon Manager will play a key role in driving the salon forward, by maintaining a strong social media presence, managing staff, retail and merchandising activities, and maintaining an efficient, welcoming environment.

Duties
- Assist the Salon Manager in overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer experiences
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve individual and collective targets
- Manage appointments, client consultations, and service delivery to uphold high standards of professionalism and client satisfaction
- Support retail sales initiatives through effective merchandising and upselling techniques
- Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to optimise productivity
- Handle administrative responsibilities including stock management, record keeping, and reporting
- Maintain excellent communication with clients via phone etiquette and face-to-face interactions
- Ensure the salon adheres to health and safety regulations and maintains a clean, organised environment
- Assist in training new staff members and providing ongoing coaching to enhance team skills
- Foster a positive team atmosphere that encourages professional growth and high morale
Experience
- Minimum of 5 Year Salon experience
- Confident, professional and motivated
- Loves delivering exceptional client care
- Wants to progress into a leadership & management role
