## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our team in providing compassionate care within a NHS setting. ( 1:1s In a General Hospital)
- Nights and Day shifts are available.

The ideal candidate will assist in implementing care plans, ensuring the well-being of Patients, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
## Responsibilities
- Support patients in line with individual care plans
- Utilise IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes
- Communicate effectively with, families, and the care team
- Assist in providing NHS care services as required
## Experience
- Prior experience in a NHS Setting in the UK
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Familiarity with NHS care practices is beneficial
- Ability to drive is desirable for transportation needs

Pay: £26.00-£27.00 per hour

- Bristol BS2 8HW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
