An opportunity has arisen for a Store/Retail Sales Assistant to join our small and friendly retail team.
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:-
- Supporting the Sales Team, ensuring effective responsibility and ownership of your tasks
- Answering telephone calls
- Processing sales orders on our in-house system (training will be provided)
- Taking responsibility for visual presentation and cleanliness of the store
In order to be considered for this role the following would be advantageous:-
- Friendly, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a strong team-player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer/IT skills
- Previous retail sales experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong analytical skills and numerate ability
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines
Hours: 07:30am - 17:00pm Monday-Friday - with the occasional Saturday as required
Salary: Dependent on experience
